Subject: I am looking for a good kajakclub

Hi guys,
my name is Sina I am 19 years old and I am going to spend a half year in Calgary. I will arrive in the end of december. I am from Germany, Munich and I will work as a nanny here. So I am looking for nice people who are kayaking, snowboarding....
The last half year I spent in Ottawa! Of course, there I also went kayaking, I never want to miss my favourite hobby. I met a lot of awesome people and the time with them was great. I hope, that I gonna have it here, too.
Don't feel shy to answer to me...
I am looking forward to hear from everybody, even the message is only a few words long

Sina,
You might have a better response if you posted this to the main forum. This part of the forum is mostly for posting from an organization on the Kananaskis River Area.

hey Sina you more than welcome to come paddleing with us, even in the off season you can make it out to the kaninaskis if your brave enough.

The kanaskis is a river that flows in the winter because its dam fed, you can kayak it when the weather is good above 0 is best.

Hey Sina
If your looking for some used snow gear to get through the winter i might be able to help you out.
I also spend alot of time out in the hills if your looking for someone to ride with. Send me a email and I can get you some pics.
